1. 接受条款
下载、安装、访问或使用 PageClip,即表示你同意本服务条款和隐私政策。如果不同意,请停止使用并删除扩展。
2. 服务说明
PageClip 提供浏览器侧边栏收藏、Chrome 书签管理、快捷收藏夹、Inbox、Reading List 交互、本地数据管理和可选的加密 Google Drive 手动备份。
3. 免费与未来商业化
PageClip 当前免费提供。维护者未来可以增加收费功能、订阅、使用限制、商业服务或其他付费选项,并可以修改、暂停或终止部分功能。
4. 用户责任
- 你负责保护自己的 Chrome、Google 和 GitHub 账号。
- 你负责保管备份密码、恢复密钥文件和本机密钥恢复密码。
- 你负责确认收藏内容、书签和备注不会侵犯他人权利。
- 你负责在卸载扩展、删除云端数据或更换设备前完成必要备份。
- 你不得使用 PageClip 处理违法、欺诈、恶意或侵犯隐私的活动。
5. 禁止行为
不得尝试破坏 PageClip、绕过安全控制、滥用 Chrome 或 Google API、干扰 GitHub Pages、上传恶意内容,或通过 PageClip 侵犯第三方版权、隐私、账号或网络安全。
6. 用户内容与知识产权
你保留自己保存到 PageClip 的收藏、URL、标签、备注和其他内容的权利。你应确保拥有处理这些内容所需的权利。
PageClip 的名称、Logo、网站内容和未另行授权的代码及材料归项目维护者或相应权利人所有。仓库中的开源许可文件或第三方依赖许可优先适用。
7. 第三方服务
Chrome、Google Drive、Google OAuth、Chrome Web Store 和 GitHub 是独立的第三方服务。PageClip 不控制这些服务的可用性、政策、接口、账号状态或数据保留。
8. 按现状提供
PageClip 按“现状”和“可用”提供,不承诺无错误、持续可用、永久维护、特定性能、数据绝不丢失或第三方服务始终可用。云备份不替代用户自己的备份责任。
9. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内,维护者不对因浏览器、扩展、Google Drive、GitHub、账号、网络、错误密码、丢失恢复密钥或用户操作导致的数据丢失、服务中断或间接损失承担责任。
10. 服务终止
你可以随时停止使用并删除 PageClip。维护者可以在合理情况下修改、暂停或终止 PageClip 或其部分功能。
11. 条款变更
条款更新后会在本页面更新最后修改日期。继续使用 PageClip 表示你接受更新后的条款。

PageClip Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PageClip, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using PageClip and remove the extension.
2. Service description
PageClip provides browser-sidebar collections, Chrome bookmark tools, quick access, Inbox, Reading List integration, local data management, and optional encrypted manual backups to Google Drive.
3. Free use and future commercialization
PageClip is currently free. The maintainers may introduce paid features, subscriptions, usage limits, commercial services, or other pricing models, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
4. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for protecting your Chrome, Google, and GitHub accounts.
- You are responsible for backup passwords, recovery-key files, and device-key recovery passwords.
- You must ensure that saved collections, bookmarks, and notes do not infringe others' rights.
- You are responsible for making necessary backups before uninstalling, deleting cloud data, or changing devices.
- You must not use PageClip for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or privacy-invasive activities.
5. Prohibited use
You must not attempt to damage PageClip, bypass security controls, abuse Chrome or Google APIs, interfere with GitHub Pages, upload malicious content, or use PageClip to infringe copyright, privacy, accounts, or network security.
6. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights to the collections, URLs, tags, notes, and other content you save to PageClip. You are responsible for having the rights needed to process that content.
The PageClip name, logo, website content, and materials not otherwise licensed belong to the maintainers or respective rights holders. Repository licenses and third-party licenses control where applicable.
7. Third-party services
Chrome, Google Drive, Google OAuth, Chrome Web Store, and GitHub are independent third-party services. PageClip does not control their availability, policies, interfaces, account status, or retention.
8. As-is availability
PageClip is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise error-free operation, continuous availability, permanent maintenance, specific performance, zero data loss, or continuous availability of third-party services. Cloud backup does not replace your own backup responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers are not liable for data loss, service interruption, or indirect losses caused by the browser, extension, Google Drive, GitHub, accounts, networks, incorrect passwords, lost recovery keys, or user actions.
10. Termination
You may stop using and remove PageClip at any time. The maintainers may reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate PageClip or parts of the service.
11. Changes
Updated terms will be reflected on this page with a new last-modified date. Continued use of PageClip means that you accept the updated terms.

These terms do not specify a governing jurisdiction or dispute venue. Specific rights remain subject to applicable law.
